Refunds and cancellation are possible under our policy, however there are certain restrictions, so please read the terms below. Any statutory rights you may have under the law are unaffected by our policy.
- All refunds are issued in the same manner as the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe). It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your bank statement.
- NO Refunds are granted for our Digital Content (templates, tools, software, scripts). All sales are final.
- We are not responsible if any of the third-party tools associated with our Digital Content, at anytime, can or possibly terminate your account, or our tool. Once you buy the Digital Content, it is non refundable.
- Refund for subscription products (paid membership group, classes):
- Trial period: We offer a paid 7 days trial ($1.00 USD) for our classes and paid membership group. There are no refunds available for the trial subscription.
- Monthly/Yearly Subscription: Refunds are allowed within 7 days after payment for monthly subscriptions. The subscriber will be removed from the group or class and the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellation applies to our Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions.
- You can cancel anytime through your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) or you can reach out to us by sending By email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be removed from the group or class to which you are subscribed or enrolled after you cancel your subscription, regardless of whether you are still in the Trial period or the Monthly membership.
